PRE-AUCTION CASH DEAL 

This purchase is only valid within 07 – 21 days prior to the vehicles auction date, it is a great deal with no additional or hidden cost, the vehicle needs to be dispatched and stretched out from the auction list 

Due to the fact that we do not buy nor stock these vehicles we are given vehicles by financial institutions as liquidated, insolvency or Impounded. We have to classify you as the potential buyer without having to bid or having to pay more on the vehicle. 

STEP 1
If you willing to proceed with purchasing the vehicle out of auction, we will require your following details listed below for a Pre-Auction Purchase. 

•Name & Surname
•ID Number / Passport Number 
•Email address
•Physical address
•Mobile Number to receive buyer's code
•Alternative Number 

STEP 2
Our finance and legal department will then draft a legal binding document with the vehicle's details, Company details & Client details referred to as an offer to purchase with a sales agreement attached. 

You will be charged 30 – 50% of the asking price to convince the auction managers to consider the vehicle Pre-sold and removed from the auction list. 

NB. Once you done with the Commitment fee of 30 -50% our system will kick out a 6 digital code. OTP (buyers code) as a normal SMS, immediately when you obtain your buyers code you can come or you can let us know if you want us to deliver(free of charge) 

STEP 3
Upon arrival or delivery you will be offered 1hr30 to test drive and inspection if you are not happy with the vehicle your reservation fee will be fully reimbursed but if satisfied and happy you will then be required to pay the remaining balance due.

We as a company have a transparency policy that allows our clients to go conduct a back-ground check of the company, validate the authenticity and know better who they are to do business with. This can be done at your request as a client.

HOW CAN YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE?
* We offer two ways which can get you driving with us auction bidding or get it before auction at a bargain price at the remaining balance due on it as stipulated. 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE BEFORE THE AUCTION DATE? 

* First time buyer’s are to be created a client’s profile which will enable them to obtain their FICA booking reference as the authentic code will also be required as you would have been classified as the potential buyer, seizing the vehicle for the remaining balance due without Balloon or hidden costs. 

ON PRE-AUCTION IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEE? 

•You will purchase the vehicle at that exact advertised amount. This offer applies on given duration by court and banks. 

WHY IS THE VEHICLE CHEAP (AFFORDABLE)? 

•We do not stock or buy our vehicle we get our vehicles from banks meaning we do not price our vehicles that would be the outstanding amount the previous owner was owing the bank nor any disputes. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM AT THE SAFE CORPORATION? 

•We have a transparency policy that allows us to send validation business documents to validate the authenticity of the company prior to conducting business.

ARE THESE DAMAGED VEHICLES? 

•No all our vehicles under go Dekra Inspection hence you are allowed to bring your own trusted third party to help inspect. 

IS THERE ANY MONEY TO BE PAID PRIOR TO VIEWING? 

•Only on Pre-Auction deals, there is a commitment charged as to convince the action management team that we do have an interested potential client. You then can receive your BUYERS CODE authorizing them to release the vehicle from the auction warehouse.


WHAT IS A BUYER'S OTP CODE ? 

•A buyers code is a code sent to clients purchasing vehicles, once the company receives your funds Automatically the system kicks out an OTP message which will gain you entry upon arrival as it will also allocate your appointment booking time.

•The buyers code enables us to dispatch a vehicle from our warehouse to the head office

IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE VEHICLE NOR THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY? 

•Your funds are 100% refundable before you live the premises.

•You can choose an alternative if we do have alternative vehicles that might catch your interest.
